I went to Dr. Martin because my kids' orthodontist sent her own children to him. He was WONDERFUL! Professional, calm, patient and warm, as was his staff. They put my child at ease. They were also super-efficient, never a long wait across five appointments, and though we were hardly the only people there, we never felt rushed through. Plus they got all the insurance nonsense right on the first try. But my very favorite thing was the follow-up. Dr. Martin called personally to check on my child after both procedures she had, answered all our questions patiently, and made it clear I could call him back directly any time if I had further concerns. When is the last time you got that sort of personal touch? Last but not least, my child recovered quickly both times and the orthodontist said Dr. Martin had done a great job.
