I don't live here- let me start with that!- but when I come here I don't see anything that would turn me away. It's a mobile home park so there are small yard areas, but many have toys in them (and pets!), children are always outside, the grounds aren't trashy.... I know several people who are long term residents who are quite happy. We've been to visit them and never encountered any disturbances. It seems like a nice place and our friends have given their recommendation. They say it's a quick and easy application process, too!
