Alicia, the "general manager", was extremely rude and very unprofessional. We placed an order at 530pm to be delivered at 6:45. At 7pm we called and was told it's on the way. At 7:45 we were told the same (we're 10min away) so we asked for a manager. Alicia gets on the phone and is very rude. "What do you want?" "We're busy, I have to go" "I don't have time for this" were statements she used among others. She didn't listen and wouldn't try to help in any way. I really hope she isn't truly the general manager that she says she is. We will not be returning as a customer to this place. Horrible customer service makes the whole company look bad.
