Party City

The balloon girls were very rude when I asked about the wait time for 10 balloons. They said I would have to wait thirty minutes (which we were fine with) because they were too busy. They had about 4 girls working on balloons and they were all running around like they didn't know what was going on and they kept asking where certain orders were. We left because they were rude and not organized at all. We took our business to party warehouse instead.
