A Plus Pack & Ship

Please BEWARE that if you are mailing or shipping a letter or package that is important, DO NOT use A-Plus Pack and Ship. I mailed an important letter through this company with a tracking number so that I could be sure when my letter arrived. 5 days later, I am still not able to track my letter. I called A Plus Pack and Ship, and was advised that apparently the letter (as well as other letters, according to the individual I spoke with) did not get scanned in order to be tracked. When I asked how I could check on my letter, the individual suggested that I call the company in which I sent the letter to see if they received it. When I asked about getting my money back for a service that was not provided, the individual advised me that I could not get my money back because "we did our part!"
