Paul was extremely informative during the demonstration. He was very professional but also so friendly, we were extremely comfortable with him. He worked with us to find the best configuration to start replacing our windows since we obviously couldn't do all 30 windows at once! The team that installed the windows were great and cleaned up everything when they were done. They very quickly refitted one of our windows with a new screen when it tore during the install and took the time to give me another demo of how to operate the windows.
