Samantha is so rude!! She cuts way too much she thinned my hair way too much. I told her 1 inch she was like no, you need two then just starts chopping. She butchered my hair it looks disgusting. Almost as disgusting as the rug in her entry way. My hair was in the middle of my stomach and now the shortest layer won't even fit into my pony tail. She is a MONSTER! She was on the phone the whole time, and she said only rude things. She made comments about how she was having trouble cutting and straightening because my hair wasn't washed. I had washed it the day before it was fine. Also I normally wear my hair curly, but since she cut it while it was straight it is even shorter. Please don't go here if you value your hair. Because she doesn't care.
