We have had multiple missed pickups since we have had the service and then they want to charge me to actually schedule one to get it picked up. The customer service agents all have different information about different issues. My account was closed for no reason which caused us to miss a pickup, I was charged for a container pickup which never happened, the fact that it took over 48 hours to get my account set back up caused us to miss another pickup and once it was reactivated, I was charged for a container delivery which, once again, never happened.
