I should have paid attention to the negative reviews listed here because this was the absolute worst experience with a moving company I have ever had. From the "used car salesman" pitch delivered by Nathan to the absolute lies and complete lack of response regarding damaged items and missing items...still no word after 3 weeks on where a back to a recliner ended up...it is hard to come up with any positives regarding our experience with Royal. I need to reach out to North American and thank them as the move 2 years ago from Georgia to Texas was hands down a less stressful completely professional experience than the move back to Georgia handled by Royal Moving and Storage. If you are providing an inventory as the basis of your move think twice. Demand a walk through...our end price ended up $4,000.00 more than the quote because we failed to do so. This company sells your stuff to a non-affliated transport service, once your belongings are loaded good luck receiving any communication on when you can expect actual delivery. The transport service that delivered our belongings didn't even bother to try and protect the brand new carpet in the house and completely detroyed fresh paint in every hallway and stairway walls. Total nightmare trust me, not sure how they stay in businesses. My wife is already working on filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
