Front Staff needs major work. I'm going to note the front desk worker named Irene, due to she seems like the only person that picks up the phone at this office. In January 2017 I was incorrectly charge and took 6 weeks for them to fix that issue.
My Sister cancelled her appoint 10 day from the appointment date the front desk person noted (AUG 26 WHICH WAS A SATURDAY(THEY DON'T EVEN OPEN THAT DAY) SO THE FRONT DESK PERSON MUST HAVE MEANT AUG 16th) and the following month my sister was a send a bill for not cancelling. We have phone records of the call and cancellation. They didn't even give us the correct day they cancelled the appoint over the phone initially when we called.
Fix your staff. You lost a patient in me and my sister and I would not recommend anyone go to this office. When we call to ask why they charge us $25.00 they made it seem like we didn't ever contact them. And then ask who we talk to at their office when we had time 8:19am. Seriously you guys should have all this noted in the patient Files.

The Nurse Practitioner was not the problem she was actually really helpful, but front desk needs help and alot of Customer Service Training.
