Santiago's Restaurant

I'm actually writing this as I sit here waiting for some service which is the main reason they get the ole one star. I've been here for 45 minuets and got my drink and chips but no salad yet and no dinner and the waitress hasn't been back. COMPLETELY forgot about me!....Ive been here several times and the food is decent, but don't come on a Friday or Saturday or when there is 3 or more cars in the parking lot cause the service will suck.....also they don't serve alcohol or beer, which may make the lack of service more bearable....I'm pretty sure the only reason they stay in buisness is due to the limited competition near by (by limited, I mean non existent).
