Awful care. Went in to get a second xray for my hand to see how it was healing, I asked the radiologist if I needed to remove my splint for the xray and he shrugged and just said - "no it should be fine" The image quality was terrible when looking at it with the Dr., so he ordered the radiologist to re-do the xrays, apparently the radiologist had left in that short time span so I had to wait around until they found someone else to take the xrays. I ended up being there for over 2 hrs, all for 2 xrays and a follow up on a broken finger, an appointment scheduled well in advance. The injury was work related so naturally it is covered by workers comp. I received all of the necessary paperwork from HR and relayed it to the bone and joint before my first appointment. Today I received a late bill for over $300 stating I owed for radiology. HA HA HA Avoid at all cost, this place has become one giant headache.
