I went here about four years ago to have a tooth taken care of. While I will say Dr. Joan Sefcik is a very attentive and gentle dentist and I felt calm when I was with her, I developed an abscess in that tooth a few months later. I recently called to make an appointment and her office staff is incredibly rude. I have never been spoken to like that on the phone before. They have also become incredibly overpriced. Im sad to write it becuase my experience a few years ago was great, but wow, the condescending tone of the office staff was just too much.
