Snowball Express Edinburg

Service leaves a lot to be desired and is very transactional. Always a long waiting time and snacks that we've tried have always something to be desired, flavorwise. It would be great if they would have a shorter menu as it might improve quality. Menu is ridiculously crowded with items and it seems they want to cover too much ground. The shorter, the better, and it might improve quality and service.
