Out of CAPPUCCINO out of sugar asked lady for sugar went to get some cappuccino after husband said its ok he didnt want was in a rush so other cashier close her draw out wrong she asked other cashier for help so she stopped what she was doin to help cashier so we stood waiting.....she then went back over to machine said yall made a mess also aaked cashier did she credit those cups my husband threw his cup in the trash when it ran only water for cappuccino i did also the machine ran only water i poored into rack underneath where it suppose to be placed i asked her where was i suppose to put it well husband went over after i left he did same thing he was the one alerted her so i told her i was the corporate when i noticed i poured he poured so she called it a mess after all this he put his t shirt back i left a whole cup of coffee on counter it took her extra long my HUSBAND DRIVE TRUCK HE HAD A HOT LOAD told her thank u she said WELCOME LIKE EVERYTHING WAS OK NEVER GOIN BACK I C Y EVERYONE GOES TO #BUCKEYES HUSBAND GO EVERYDAY HE SAID WILL BE PASSING IT UP FROM NOW ON EXXON ACROSS THE STREET and another cup gone to waste cause we left si i left that weak cup of coffee also.....#poor #customer #service #review
