Called to get a quote on a home that we are purchasing and stated that they already had information because the current home owner has a policy with them. The lady on the phone was obviously new because you could hear someone in the back ground coaching her on questions to ask. When I stated they should already have this information the gentleman in the background said "she can call someone else and get a quote cause we don't want her business". Are you kidding me? I hope everyone reads this because you probably don't need their business either!
