Texas Roadhouse

Had a terrible experience tonight at this particular Texas Roadhouse. The bad experience started from the moment we arrived. We were not greeted in a friendly fashion and were not served butter with our rolls. Our Waitress Heather was less than pleasant. We ordered cheese fries as an appetizer and they came out after our meal. We were never really offered an apology and never saw a manger once. I think we will stick to the Texas Roadhouse in Katy where we receive excellent service evrytime.
