Everytime I've gone in person to get help or to send something they've always being very helpful and polite, and are very clearly trying their best to help the hundreds of people that go through daily. The woman who always seems to be at the counter when I got up is great, always helpful and helped me get my passport documents and appointment in order when I clearly had no idea what I was doing. It's a post office so have some patience and compassion and you'll most likely leave contented. Sometimes we'll get a neighbors mail, but human mistakes happen.
