The UPS Store

Great customer service! On a Saturday afternoon, just before the store closed, I dropped off a package to return to a seller. There was a mix up on my end and needed to get ahold of the package before it was sent off. So I call the customer service to let them know my situation and they were able to check whether or not my package had been sent. They informed me that it hadn't been sent yet, so they advised me to go to the store first thing Monday morning. So I arrived when the store opened on Monday morning and they looked for my package, but couldn't locate it :( They asked me for my number and said that if they were to find it, they would call me. Later on in the day they call back to let me know they had found my package! It made me so happy to know they had kept looking for it, this let me know that they actually care about their customers. BTW when I say I arrived just before closing on Saturday, I mean like literally 3 mins before closing and they were super polite when taking my package. I highly recommend them!!!
