I see why others don't like this place now. I dropped my application for my handicap placard a week ago and when I called to ask about I was on hold for the longest time because the doctor was with a patient. I just can't figure out how the whole staff can't find out if it was filled out or not. Not even his assistant didn't know about it. If this office didn't put you with a new doctor everything you come in for a visit your doctor might know who you are. I was told it could take up to two weeks because he had to review my file. Why couldn't the doctor that saw me last time fill it out. Oh because she won't be back in the office till next Tuesday when she is scheduled. If you can go to another office I would recommend it.
