Dr. vachhani performed an endoscopy with biopsy on me. even after calling numerous times he or his office staff never called me back to tell me about my test results. They want me to make another appointment even though I told them that I am leaving in two days for my vacation for whole month. Even before the procedure , I had such a hard time reaching the office for a question. Every time I call ,it goes to answering service even though it is regular office hours. Answering service tells you that just give them 10 minutes or so and call back, as if you don't have anything else to do.
