Vics is a great RV park for monthly rental. Vic is so helpful. It's a safe clean place to live, we brought our kids. If your looking for all the bells and whistles this isn't a place for you, his price is so affordable. He also has rentals. There is also a very generous amount of space between sites here. And not alot of sand burs. Very pet friendly.
