We've been at this place for over 2 years. Once our 6 month lease was up, & i went into renew. I was TOLD that we are now month to month. Cool. No biggie. I pay my rent TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE EVERY MONTH. I have to go ONLINE to get my rent charges because the MANAGER VERONICA is never in the office! My husband was confronted TODAY by Veronica & some lady named Deborah ? Saying that it is a violation for us to have Duke, my one year old German shepherd. Demanded my husband pick up the poop on OUR PORCH THAT WE BUILT & PAID FOR WITH OUR money. When my husband said he will pick it up after he gets done seasoning the hamburgers they wanted to argue with him! We've had Duke for a full year now! He is up to date on shots! Never has bitten anyone! & VERONICA has seen DUKE 3 or 4 times & has NEVER said ANYTHING at all to us. We got a warning, saying we can't have the breed here. Okay, this is a year now of my son, husband & i grown to love & take care of him. For them to jus be so okay with that, it pisses me off. Fine. I called office demanding that I speak to someone higher up. Low & behold, Deborah calls me..3 1/2 hours later at 815 at night..she already has an issue with my family & i so I already know where this phone call is going! I told her that she needed to take up stuff with her manager because the customer service is horrible!!!! I shouldn't have to talk to 100 people jus to get how much my rent is cuz I pay it in advance! This is how they treat people who keep to themselves & follow rules. I know the breed of dog was wrong, that was our mistake but it was not brought to our attention what breeds were not allowed!!!! If I had known! I would've saved my son the heart ache of falling in love with an animal THAT WE NOW HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER FOR IN 7 DAYS! READ YOUR LEASE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! ALSO THE POOL IS NEVER WORKING WHATSOEVER!!! TALK TO OTHER RESIDENTS BEFORE MOVING HERE! YOU WILL HEAR THE SAME ISSUES!
