Whataburger

The food is fine. tastes like any other Whataburger, but the order is usually wrong when you get home. the past two times I was there I got home and had items missing. Recently the service has declined and it takes 5-10 minutes after you get your order to get items that are missing. Id suggest a different location.

This is by far the worst Whataburger in midland. Always have people who don’t speak clear English at the drive thru. Lady couldn’t understand me and basically forded me to buy a chicken on my salad then after waiting forever when I was the only one in line my sausage biscuit were not on burnt but cold. And there was no chicken that I paid for on the salad. Had to go in and get it fixed which happens every time at this Whataburger and they act like it’s my fault. Definitely not coming to this one anymore.
