Worthington Point

I been here four years and the last few months it’s been horrible. New management and Manience is horrible! I never had this problem in the past. I call in work orders and they have not been completed and it’s been a week. I constantly have to call in to see why the work orders I put in have not been completed. They worrying about billing you for other things but can’t take care of the problems going on in there residents home. I never speak with the new manager it’s always someone else saying they will take care of it. The new girl Olivia who I talk to that was so sweet and understanding. But I would not be staying here another year so I’m warning you all keep driving. This place has got very horrible nothing gets done unless you have to call and raise hell. (And it still don’t get done) When the old staff and crew was here it was a lot better. Things actually got done. You will think it’s a right away thing to replace a stove or to fix it if it’s a shortage somewhere in the burners I been complaining about I see sparks all that, it can cause a fire. But obviously they don’t care or not satisfied until something happen. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. I never been so in a rush to move but when I tell you I will be getting the hell out of here! I didn’t even want to give them a damn one wish I had a choice for no stars.
