READ CONCERNING THE A/C.. I personally hate of this hotel & will never be back.. We had a horrible experience.. All night long with the air-conditioner not working and five people trying to sleep in one room.. None of us can breathe and we were miserable.. Also, the bed are like bricks.. (But the shower has great pressure) If you ever stay at this hotel and your air-conditioner is not working, the front desk is going to tell you that your card is not inserted into the slot properly… This is not the case… The real problem is that they have not perfected the system yet and the card reader is having a hard time communicating with the air-conditioner.. ALL THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK have been trained on how to instruct you to override the card reader, hence making the air-conditioner work off of the manual controls on the unit.. If they tell you that they will have to wait for maintenance the next day, THEY ARE LYING TO YOU.. After my horrible experience the manager did make it right… But I just have to be honest with you guys.. Hope this helps.
