Banfield Pet Hospital

I had a 9:30 appointment and was running late by about 15 minutes. Instead of accommodating a regular Banfield customer such as myself, they had me reschedule for 10:30. I came back at exactly 10:30 and wouldn't you know, I waited 10 minutes in the lobby. The reception process is a joke and the care plan covers squat. The vet and techs were good with both my dogs. I traveled here due to the poor care and service I received at the Southpark Meadows location. I am not a fan of Banfield or their practices, but the care staff were better here than the past 2 locations I have visited.
