The worst ! They have not only lost items, they RUINED my bosses bed linens. Then charged $158.00 (cash only), that is twice as much as Austin would charge for professional dry cleaning. Not only am I out the $158.00 from my pocket, I now have to pay to replace items. I'm reporting this to THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
