This is a really good store overall, the service is always above and beyond, but "GOOD LUCK" with customers service department there two old lady that are mean and treat you like if they run the whole store. I really hate calling by the phone, they cut you on the spot without listening even if you are a tech guy and lecture about whatever they thing is wrong, if you won't believe I invite you to try by the phone before going personally and won't be any different in the customer service experience service when comes to those two lady's, really disappointed, hope somebody help them maybe to find the love for their job or at least the paycheck and with that some improvement in how to treat customers.
